Costs outside the £295

Domain name
Not included. You buy it from a registrar in your own name and I help you connect it. The registrar sets the price and charges it yearly.
Hosting
No hosting fee to start. I set your site up on a free hosting plan in your own name. Free plans have usage limits that are generous for a one-page site, and providers can change their plans.
Optional care plan: £29 a month
I look after hosting, backups and security updates, and make small changes to your text and photos. Cancel any time and keep your site.
Extra features
Extra pages, a booking tool, business email or paid advertising are not included. I quote them separately before doing anything, or the provider charges for them.

Questions

Can I show my Gas Safe registration?

Yes, if you are registered. Send me your details and I'll show them as you give them to me. I never add a registration, badge or accreditation that you don't hold.

What's included in the £295 price?

A one-page website built for phones with your services, areas covered, reviews you supply, a click-to-call button, a WhatsApp link, a contact or quotation form, basic on-page SEO setup, help connecting your own domain and one agreed round of revisions. Are there any monthly fees?

None are required. The £295 is a one-off price. An optional care plan costs £29 a month and covers hosting and backups, security updates and small changes to your text and photos. You can cancel it at any time.

How long does it take?

I'll tell you the expected timescale when we agree your project, once I have your details, photos and reviews.

Can you help me appear on Google?

I set up the basics so search engines understand who you are and where you work: page titles, descriptions and local business details. I can't promise page-one rankings, and nobody honest can. Your Google Business Profile and real reviews also matter, and I can point you in the right direction on those.

How do I request a demo?
